Understanding that 50% of women experience trauma in their lifetime, with 1 in 5 expericing a common mental disorder (such as anxiety or depression) The GLIMMER. Bar integrates beauty services with mental health advocacy to offer innovative support for mental health symptoms and survivors of traumatic experiences. This unique combination promotes healing, fosters community connections, and empowers women to rediscover their strength and place in the world.

Our offerings include:

Glow Up Guidance:

• This multifaceted program empowers women in their personal, spiritual, and mental journeys through workshops, seminars, and extra-curricular activities

• We offer career development services, including resume building and interview preparation, alongside entrepreneurial support such as LLC formation and business development.

• Business funding of up to $1,000 for accepted canidates 

• One-on-one and group sessions - Glow Up Guidance with Miya Alise 

The Glow Room:

• A dynamic space for in-house programming and community engagement

• We collaborate with local Pilates instructors, faith-based mentors, sports dancers, motivational speakers, business owners, ect. focusing on confidence building, mindfulness, financial growth and MORE

• The Glow Room also serves as a venue for our beauty professionals and local women-owned business owners to host events, and programs demonstrating our commitment to economic growth and community support.
