As the brand owner of GLIMMER. by Alise, Miya Reddrick attended the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) collegiate accelerator program as part of the WBENC National Conference held in Denver, CO from March 16-22, 2024. During the conference, Miya participated in workshops, received mentorship, and competed in a pitch competition. This valuable experience also provided her with an opportunity to showcase her brand in front of major retailers like Amazon, Target, and Ulta Beauty, one of North America's leading beauty retailers.
