Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via UPS (United Postal Service)

Please allow 3 days for processing

UPS Ground® ( all United States orders) :  2-3 Business days

International Orders are accepted

UPS Worldwide Express® : 1-3 business days

UPS Worldwide Saver® : 3-7 business days

If your order is placed between Friday and Sunday, items will be mailed the following week. 

Once your package(s) has been placed in the mail, an email confirmation will be sent including a tracking number. 

Damaged/Lost Packages

In the event you receive a damaged package or product, please email us at glimmerbyalise@gmail.com. In your email, please include your order number and pictures of any damage. We will respond quickly and arrange to have a replacement item sent.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will reach out to USP to figure out what has happened. If we can not track your package, we will send a replacement item(s) .

We are not responsible for orders that customers report lost, but show up as delivered. We advise customers to go through UPS claims to resolve any issues.
